Windows XP, Windows ME, and Windows 2000 include
drivers to support the drive.
If you are using Windows 98SE, use the driver CD that came with
the drive. You can also click
here to download the drivers.
To install the drive:
1- Plug the USB cable from the drive into an open USB connector
on the computer.
2- Turn on the Power to the USB Hard Drive.
3- Windows 98 will detect the new hard drive and the Add New Hardware
Wizard will start.
4- Click Next
5- Leave "Search for the best driver for your device" selected and
click Next.
6- Uncheck "Floppy disk drives" and Click "Specify a location".
Click Browse.
7- Browse to, and then Click the U2HD35-001 Win98SE folder on the
driver CD. Click OK
8- At the next window "Windows driver file search for the device
USB Storage Adapter AT2 (CY)", Click Next.
9- Windows will install the driver, Click Finish
